I can see why people go crazy over cashmere. This top is so soft! OMG
Yes, we are in our homes for God knows how long but that doesn’t mean we need to forgo our health.
We have to be on top of our health especially during this pandemic.
ACV
First thing I have to do is take a shot of ACV. I take this before I start my early morning cardio workouts. Not only does it help with the digestive system but it also helps with burning fat during those 20-30 minute sweat exercises.
GREEN TEA
Sometime I add green tea with my ACV. Let me say, it is best thing for your skin, digestive system, and your lungs. For me, I feel like I breath better when I drink green tea before I workout. It also helps to clear when mind before I have to sit in front of my computer responding to emails and my team.
WATER
My intake of water has drastically increased since I have no excuse. I have noticed my skin has been looking a lot better, looks a lot hydrated, and glowy.
MEAL PREP
Meal prepping my food and snacks has not only saved me a lot of money but it has helped regulate how much I eat so I do not go overboard with over eating. Being stuck in the house is the fastest way to gain over 10 lbs.
