New year….New me (I think) LOL. Reflecting over my 2019, I believe this was the time I really took risks and found myself. I decided not to hide behind the mirror of doubt and used that energy to tab into making my dreams come through.
If you follow me on my IG (which I recommend you should), I made an IGTV speaking all about how we allow our fears to take over our common sense and put ourselves in a box of comfort due to the fact that is what we are use to. When things go over our expectations and our comfortability level, that fear will tend to kick in and play tricks with our mind. There are times I had to take breathers (was having extreme anxiety attacks) just so I could clear the negative energy that would threaten to take over me. Anybody that has ever gone through a full blown anxiety attack, you know that shit is no joke.

I am getting a little personal in this post because I feel it will be a waste of my time to not be a bit candid with you since you are taking your time to read this post.
As we move into 2020, this may be the year you decide to embark on that journey you have been holding off on or decide to just watch your life pass through doing the same ole same ole, complaining about the same ole things. I also mention in one of my IG feed posts, how I do not believe in NYE resolutions. Why you ask? Because we lie to ourselves and never follow through on those nonsense resolutions. What I believe in is setting a (Click on the link for your free task list), that holds me accountable. As I write this, I am also reviewing the task list I set for myself for 2019 to determine whether I have accomplished any. I am proud to say that I have (10 fold). Now 2020, it has to be bigger and better or do the same tasks but step them to next level. 2020 will be all about expansion and extreme growth.

In 2020, I know at some point life will get in the way but if you are willing to grow with me, let’s be a support for each other. If you do not mind being my accountability partner in crime, please become part of my . We all need someone to push us and hold us accountable. I am no different.
I leave this post with 2 questions. What will you be doing to make your 2020 better? Will you be ok being subpar? Let me know below what your decision will be and why!
Hope you are enjoying the look as much I am.
xoxo– Cynthia
